X Box 360 enters the house

Eddie is happy. He has a new toy. He doesn't fully understand it yet - and is a little fed up that Halo 3 isn't intuitive... however I'm sure he'll be killing people happily tomorrow.

and we're away.

With Tommy at least. Both opened their mouths for it - Lottie would then spit it out again - but Tommy actually swallowed a good few spoonfuls. Clever lad.

Baby Rice

Well - a bit sneaky - but we just tried some baby rice. Lottie enjoyed herself - but kept spitting it out. Tom swallowed it but made some funny faces in the process.

Happy Birthday Eddie

Lucy did the smarties - note the "35" in a circle. Clever thing.

Twins' first go at the playpark

Lucy has been doing some activities at Priory today. I picked her up at lunch time with the twins and we went to the playpark. Here are Thomas and Charlotte having their first go in the swings!

Rolling over and standing up

Lottie is very angry about not being able to move. She keeps rolling onto her front but can't get the hang of crawling. She is also very good at standing up if she's given a bit of support.

6 hours

Lottie celebrated being 5 months old by sleeping 6 hours straight AND she did it at night time. Clever girl.

5 Months

T & C are 5 months old today. Weaning is still a month away. They're getting the hang of balancing themselves when sitting up but neither can actually do it yet. Thomas likesplaying with things with his hands - Charlotte is more interested in twisting herself round and looking at things.... having said that T does like watching TV...

This is Tom playing with his "bashy bar". He seems to like walloping things with hisn left hand and exploring them more gently with his right hand. The toy on the left hand side gets bashed off pretty quickly and the right hand toy stays on longer... the budgie sitting in the middle usually just sits there and taunts him..

Weights @ about 5 months

Tom is 17lbs (with his clothes on)

Lottie is 15 lbs (with her clothes on)

Eddie weighed them using the Wii balance board yesterday - so not 100% accurate!

Froggy February

Froggy beside the barbeque having been rescued from the dustbins by me.

Bathtime. Tom weed on my jeans. Again.
